The successful candidate will manage our headquarters office to create engaging inspirational work space and when necessary provide front office assistance. SOME OF THE INTERESTING CHALLENGES AHEAD OF YOU Leading the reception – leading and developing receptionist. Provide front office assistance when needed in 8 hours Monday- Friday shift scheme Managing office related matters incl. office redesign and supervise office refurbishment Vendor management, fleet management Maximise the return from company investments on office refreshments Financial responsibility (budgeting, creating POs, processing invoices,…) Contact person for the property management Design and organise employee activities and events to improve engagement, cooperation and healthy life style Support other HR areas such as coordination of trainings, internal communication etc. WHAT YOU NEED TO SHINE IN THIS ROLE Ability to execute things Continuous improvement mindset Leadership and managerial skills/potential Financial acumen Attention to detail Alignment with our values Language skills: Czech/Slovak (native) and English (professional working level) WHY SHOULD YOU JOIN US You will work with and alongside many of the brightest minds in the real estate industry.
