The primary responsibility of the Outreach Agent will be to initiate outbound calls to potential IBs, introduce our products/services, and generate leads. The successful candidate should be comfortable making cold calls, have excellent communication skills, and possess a strong ability to build rapport over the phone. The position can be Full Time/Part Time and the candidate will be working from home. Main Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive research to identify potential clients, utilising online databases, social media platforms, and industry directories, including active communities like Facebook Groups and Forex Forums. Proactively initiate outbound calls to engage leads, introducing our products and services to generate interest. Provide contact information to the IB Manager for further discussions, with a goal of achieving a target of 10 valuable contacts per week. Foster lead generation by evaluating leads against predefined criteria and gathering relevant IB contact details. Requirements Experience in the forex industry or related markets is preferred. Previous experience in lead generation and setting appointments through cold calling is a valuable asset. Native proficiency in the Vietnamese language, along with fluent English language skills. Excellent selling and negotiating skills. An enthusiastic candidate who is comfortable and proactive in engaging prospects through phone outreach.
