As we continue to grow and expand our services, we seek an experienced Paid Ads Expert to join our team. In this role, you will take charge of paid advertising campaigns for clients, focusing on platforms like Google and Meta.Job Responsibilities:As a Paid Ads Expert, your primary responsibilities will include:Paid Advertising Management: Design, implement, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google and Meta (including Facebook and Instagram).Campaign Strategy: Develop effective paid media strategies aligned with client objectives, budget constraints, and industry best practices.Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, including click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, return on ad spend (ROAS), and other relevant metrics. Adjust campaigns to maximize ROI.Budget Management: Manage ad budgets effectively to ensure optimal allocation and performance.Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research and selection to drive targeted traffic and achieve campaign goals.Ad Creative Oversight: Collaborate with creative teams to ensure ad creatives align with campaign objectives and best practices. While this role does not involve creative work, it involves overseeing and coordinating with creative teams.A/B Testing: Set up and execute A/B tests to refine ad copy, targeting, and landing pages for optimal performance.Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates on campaign performance, recommendations, and insights.Stay Updated: Stay informed about industry trends, algorithm changes, and new advertising features to ensure cutting-edge and effective campaigns.Qualifications:To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:3+ Years of Experience: At least three years of experience managing paid advertising campaigns, preferably for clients in various industries.Google and Meta Expertise: Proficiency in managing campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram).Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.Budget Management: Proven ability to manage advertising budgets effectively.Keyword Research: Experience with keyword research tools and strategies.A/B Testing: Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies.Client-focused: Excellent communication and client management skills.Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing industry trends and algorithms.
