Our client is searching for a talented Paid Social Media Manager to join their team and take social media advertising to the next level.Job Summary:As a Paid Social Media Manager, you will create, manage, and optimize paid social media campaigns on Meta (Facebook) and Instagram platforms. You should be comfortable running ad campaigns independently, creating engaging ad assets, managing budgets, and diagnosing pixel issues. You should also have minimal design skills in Figma / Photoshop & Canva to create paid assets that captivate our audience.Key Responsibilities:Paid Social Advertising:Plan, execute, and manage paid social media advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook) and Instagram.Develop strategies to achieve specific advertising goals, such as lead generation, engagement, and conversion.Ad Creation:Create visually appealing ad assets using design tools like Figma, Photoshop, and Canva that align with brand guidelines and resonate with the target audience.Budget Management:Manage ad set budgets effectively to optimize campaign performance and achieve cost-efficiency.Monitor and adjust budgets based on campaign results and objectives.Pixel Management:Diagnose and resolve pixel issues to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of campaign performance.Implement tracking and conversion pixels for campaign measurement.Performance Analysis:Regularly analyze campaign performance metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for optimization.A/B test ad creatives, copy, and targeting to improve campaign results.Qualifications:Proven experience running successful paid social media campaigns on Meta (Facebook) and Instagram.Minimal design skills and proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, and Canva to create visually appealing ad assets.Knowledge of advertising platforms and tools.Familiarity with pixel management and troubleshooting.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.Excellent communication and organizational skills.What Success Looks Like:Success in the role of Paid Social Media Manager will be characterized by:Effective paid social media campaigns that meet or exceed advertising goals.Creation of engaging and visually appealing ad assets.Efficient budget management results in cost-effective campaigns.Accurate tracking and reporting of campaign performance.Continuous improvement of campaign results through data-driven insights and optimization.
