Role and Responsibilities Coordinate appointments, meetings and managing calendars and schedules Purchase office supplies, equipment and maintain proper stock levels Review and distribute mail to team Assist with the coordination of executive travel Keep office environment clean Coordinate facility requests from the building management Supervises the maintenance of office equipment, including copier, fax machine, etc. Responsible for the facilities day-to-day operations (such as distributing building access keys and back-up to security access cards, etc.) Support regional marketing team with execution as needed Other duties as assigned Position Requirements Bachelor's/Associate's degree preferred Strong/high proficiency in MAC OS and a high technical aptitude Excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, self-confidence and a high sense of urgency We use Greenhouse Software as our applicant tracking system and Free Busy for HR screen request scheduling.
