THE OPPORTUNITY We are hiring a Partner Sales Executive to our Partner Sales team in Buenos Aires! This role is to join the Partners team. As a Partner Sales executive, you will be expected to bring new partners to Gympass, manage complex negotiations, a high volume of leads, and small projects with leadership. The position will work closely with the B2B teams and Partner Director. This is a great opportunity to join a growing team in an important market, and we are excited to have a game-changer candidate to take them to the next level. YOUR IMPACT Engage prospects and identify partners to contact via phone, e-mail, and other creative channels; Collaborate with the B2B Teams and cover new client expansions; Manage expectations and overcome objections with the leads and stakeholders; Achieve or exceed quarterly sales goals; Demonstrate the value of Gympass to the leads; Become the “go-to” person regarding new and existing target industries across multiple sectors and geographies; Be hands on and help when needed. WHO YOU ARE A true team player who loves working towards both team and individual goals; Be able to handle with multiple leads and fast pace sales environment; Familiarity with Salesforce Sales tool; Expertise in align expectations with future partners; Curious about the whole Gympass ecosystem and how the role can benefit; A strong communicator both written and verbal; You have the ability to work both autonomously and collaborate in a team environment; Knowledge in SaaS sales or Wellness Managment Softwares is desirable. For this specific role, please note that prior experience with inbound and outbound sales are mandatory requirements.
