THE ROLE As a Commercial Partnerships Analyst, we are looking for those with a sales-oriented and analytical mindset that are passionate about commercial strategy and developing business results across the full spectrum of activities. You would be analyzing the market and current business to understand the best opportunities to increase bookings, revenue and audience visibility through all indirect sales channels. This role gives you a fantastic exposure to Commercial Strategy and you will work in a dynamic, young, talented and highly motivated team. WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON? Build a target list of potential demand partners Outreach, pitch, sell and onboard new partners Structure and negotiate agreements, including defining commercial and operational terms Implement new operational processes and ensure smooth delivery of business value Coordinate with other teams across the business to activate and engage partners (Product & Technology, Customer Excellence, Marketing, Data & Analytics) Develop reporting, maintain relationships and strive to improve partner performance Analyse performance and continuously explore new opportunities Support in identifying opportunities to streamline terms and processes, as well as working on structuring technology solutions to access new segments and opportunities Track market trends, competitor and partner activity to develop strategies and inform the wider team Develop commercial strategy and maintain relationships with significant ongoing business partners - particularly relating to insurance and other ancillary providers WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Bachelor or Master in a quantitative or scientific degree (Business, Math, Physics, Economics, Finance, Engineering, etc) Up to 1 years of experience in the area Eligible for IEFP internship (Ativar.pt) Business and sales oriented - you understand sales metrics and business goals Desire to roll-up sleeves and work tactically Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ambition and relentless drive and are proactive in the pursuit of sources of value. Results-driven with attention to detail, autonomous and responsible for deliverables. Outstanding at solving complex problems that require logical reasoning and good intuition. Able to work in a highly dynamic and international environment; Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Spreadsheets and Microsoft Powerpoint / Google Slides. You thrive in fast-paced environments and feel comfortable with ever-changing situations; You are motivated by taking ownership of your projects; Fluency in English is mandatory Are you ready to Go Indie?
