Role Title: Product Marketing Manager Direct Report: Head of Product Marketing Area: Strategy Location: Remote friendly to LATAM, United States, or Serbia The Opportunity: As a Product Marketing Manager at Incode, you’ll serve as a pivotal link between our clients and our internal teams, working across Product, Marketing, Sales and Customer Success to launch new products and features. You’ll navigate the complexities of our product suite in a fast-paced industry, crafting compelling narratives and content for our customers and sales teams. Capitalizing on market and customer insights, you’ll shape product go-to-market strategies, and coordinate product launches. You’ll be a champion for our products, translating our expertise and value proposition into compelling messaging and positioning.This collaborative role will see you partnering closely with teams across Incode, using your abilities to align stakeholders and build trusted relationships. As an early member of our product marketing team, we expect you to be hands on, dive deep and be proactive to shape Incode’s product marketing team. Responsibilities: Product Messaging Framework and Content Development: Develop comprehensive and compelling product messaging frameworks that effectively communicate the value proposition of Incode's products. Leverage a value-based selling approach to resonate with customers’ needs. Lead content development to articulate the benefits of our product and ensure message alignment throughout the customer journey (website, sales team, events, etc.) Product Launch and Go-To-Market (GTM) Plans: Improve the product launch process and strategy and collaborate with product management, marketing, and sales to ensure the effective go-to-market. Design and implement effective GTM strategies that drive product adoption and usage among both existing and potential customers. Product Collateral and Sales Enablement Materials: Create high-quality, persuasive product collateral that aligns with product messaging. This includes pitch decks, demo videos, case studies, and sales scripts. Equip sales teams to effectively communicate the value proposition and benefits of Incode's products. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product management, sales, and other teams to ensure alignment with the product messaging and GTM plans. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to inform your product messaging and GTM strategies. Requirements: Proven experience in a product marketing role within the B2B SaaS space, preferably with a product or technical background. Demonstrated ability to develop compelling product messaging frameworks and GTM strategies. Proficiency in value-based selling and the creation of persuasive product collateral and sales enablement materials. Strong cross-functional collaboration skills. Solid analytical abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Exceptional communication and persuasion skills.
