What we’re looking forA super smart and savvy Product Owner who loves a challenge and wants to work on great stuff everyday. Someone who understands how important making sure people are paid is, and is passionate about creating great experiences and making payroll easy. Someone who: Has the customer and their needs at the heart of everything they do Can clearly define and articulate a strategy, and drive to execute the strategy well Loves to figure out how things work, and solve problems Is really organised, great at communicating and loves working with a team. What does the job involve?The Product Owner supports the development, strategy, planning and delivery of our digital product portfolio over its full life cycle. Drive the product vision, roadmap, prioritisation & planning Lead customer research, understand customer behaviour & product requirements Work with the design & development teams to bring the product vision to life Create great relationships across the business. What you’ll need to bring: A passion for learning new things Experience leading and motivating people to meet customer and business goals and objectives Ideally some experience with software delivery or agile methodology Well-developed problem-solving skills Well-developed oral, written & interpersonal skills.
