We are looking for a dedicated Product Owner who will be responsible for defining the product vision and managing the product development process. You should also be able to lead the product development team toward achieving the vision and mission of the organization. Requirements: Background in a Product Owner role In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies Analytical and problem-solving skills Presentation and communication skills Ability to multitask and work under pressure English level:Intermediate+ Responsibilities: Lead and manage project from initiation to completion Develop project plans, set milestones, track progress, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget Facilitate effective communication between business units and technical teams. Present findings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders at all levels of the organization Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project charters, business requirements, process maps, and project status reports Work with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness Identify and mitigate project risks and issues as well as develop contingency plans to ensure successful project outcomes Not required, but desired: Play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our business needs and technology solutions Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document detailed project requirements. Translate business needs into clear and concise user stories, use cases, and functional specifications. Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and insights that can inform decision-making and drive process improvements. Document existing business processes and workflows, and work with stakeholders to develop and document future state processes. Identify areas for optimization and efficiency gains.
