The Opportunity: We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to help us reshape and revamp Procurement and P2P. The Program manager will be responsible for helping design the new P2P process & execute the new P2P / Procurement strategy, rolling out across the business, taking ownership and day to day management of Procurement support. This role will help connect finance to the business, and lead, develop and coach the business through change but also have ownership of the Procurement and P2P program. Sets and owns all strategic goals and best practices for Procurement Support and P2P, working closely with P2P, Procurement, Finance and the business and in turn directly responsible for supporting internal stakeholders and external partners in the S2P & P2P process within Agoda, and working closely with BHI GPO’s and Booking.com Procurement Operations team. In this Role, you'll get to: Responsible for implementing and executing a clear and effective Procurement Operations strategy in sync with the Director of Procurement Jointly owns decision making in Procurement Operations best practices & improvements Maintain and establish productive and collaborative relationships with Internal Stakeholders and service providers. Owns Procurement Operations for Agoda delivering a better internal and external customer experience Counsel to drive improvements across the business Being the decision maker with regards to escalations Implement and execute company policies and procedures and setting priorities Manage and achieve departmental KPIs in line with Agoda.com Business objectives Delivery of Monthly LT reporting Builds strong relationships with other departments within the company Work with management to identify process improvements Management and execution of ad hoc projects where required What you'll Need to Succeed: Minimum 6 years of experience with at least 3 years of experience in Procurement Background in finance & Procurement / P2P Processes Excellent communication & coaching skills Ability to influence A good people motivator Ability to proactively drive the assigned projects and reach the preset objectives Understanding the impact of the teams and the bigger picture Good presentation and interpersonal skills. Demonstrates tenacity, drive, ability to inspire and collaborate.
