If you’d like be part of a fast-growing industry leader with an exceptional company culture, we’d love to hear from you: recruitment@connectos.coDuties: Initial Project Setup Convert job estimate/quote into Buildertrend excel import Job setup in Buildertrend (Project Management Software) Submitting RFQs to Suppliers Submitting RFIs to Customers Facilitating Shop Drawings Reading Floor plans/verifying product take-off Confirming Project Terms and issuing Deposit Invoice Project Executing/Management Scheduling jobs as per Client Programme (If no programme – create one in partnership with the Client) Client Communication regarding specs, finishes, delivery etc regarding variations Supplier Communication regarding product availability/ETA/lead time etc regarding pricing regarding efficient logistics (lean management) Issuing Purchase Orders – with detailed Scope Of Works Delivery – working closely with Logistics/Installation Supplier to ensure programme is met to 100% quality Project Closing Ensuring job complete to quality (defect free) Collecting Project Documents/Photos from Install Supplier (storing in Job Folder) Submitting Final Claim/Invoice to client - BUILDERTREND Assessing Supplier Invoice – approving/rejecting (notifying supplier) payment - BUILDERTREND Buildertrend Final Job check – PO’s, Invoices, Budget, Margins.
