Maker Lab’s cross-functional teams of multidisciplinary specialists are embedded into client teams across digital marketing competencies — from measurement & analytics to content production.Project Manager (Jakarta, Indonesia) Our client is a leading video-sharing platform, and they continue to pave the way for innovation in the ever-evolving creative industry. Your responsibilities as a Project Manager will primarily be focused on driving strategy, planning and execution of marketing campaigns in Indonesia across different creators for their short-form products on their video platform. Your work will include tracking the performance of the marketing campaigns to understand what is working and how the team can constantly improve their marketing execution and build a strong community over time. Role: Managing campaigns and ensuring that campaign efforts are in alignment with the overarching marketing strategy. Advocate for creativity and innovation, translating complex concepts into actionable activation plans and campaigns. Plan and execute activations and campaigns aimed at expanding viewership and creator base. Provide support for local activations and campaigns while identifying opportunities for localisation and scalability as needed. Implement robust measurement and optimization strategies to ensure campaign efficiency and a positive return on investment. Spearhead pilot initiatives, conduct testing, gather insights, analyze results, and share findings. Act as a knowledge hub, capturing and disseminating key learnings and best practices among global, regional, and local marketing teams and cross-functional partners. Foster strong collaborative relationships with global, regional, and local marketing teams and cross-functional partners, offering valuable and ongoing feedback. Effectively manage external agency relationships, including those with creative, production, and research agencies. You: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience 6+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, strategy, marketing communications or in the creative industry Broad passion for creators and creator marketing Ability to manage go-to-market planning, including product research, insight generation, and value proposition development. Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter, independent thinker and a good communicator Demonstrated talent at building strong collaborative partnerships with cross-functional teams and being adept at influencing strategy with insights and data Innovative, out-of-the-box thinking and someone with a strong attention to detail Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills and fluent in Indonesian language to cover projects across APAC.
