Our customers come to rely on Italic for our quality, timeless design, and radical value.As the LatAm Recruiter, you will be instrumental in shaping our company's presence in Mexico and Argentina. You will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent in the region, enabling us to build a diverse and high-performing team that drives our business forward.Responsibilities:Strategic Planning- Develop and execute effective and inclusive recruitment strategies for sourcing and attracting top-tier talent from the LatAm region.- Understand regional hiring trends and market conditions to inform recruitment strategies.Talent Acquisition- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through multiple sourcing channels.- Conduct interviews and assessments, ensuring a positive and inclusive candidate experience throughout the process.Relationship Management- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and ensure candidate alignment.- Develop partnerships with regional educational institutions, industry groups, and other relevant organizations to build a robust network of potential talent.Requirements:Technical Skills- Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience, with a focus on sourcing and hiring in the LatAm region.- Proven track record in recruiting for a variety of roles across different levels and sectors.- Proficient in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.- Fluent in English and Spanish, Portuguese is a plus.Soft Skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders.- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple job requisitions concurrently.- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, adapting quickly to change.Mentality- Proactive and resourceful, always looking for creative ways to attract top talent.- Committed to diversity and inclusion, ensuring these values are reflected in all recruitment activities.- Results-driven, with a strong focus on achieving recruitment targets and contributing to the overall success of the business.CultureGreat Brands Start With Great PeopleOur culture focuses on performance, integrity, and longevity.
