This role will guide the entire process from job creation to onboarding across multiple departments, gaining expertise in how different types of roles are hired.ResponsibilitiesSourcingResearch the jobs and teams of target companies and cross-industry trends in terms of concept, style, and other factorsResearch local market rates and share with team for what to expect.Write and post Jobs to support new requisitionsIdentify target companies to recruit fromRecruitingSource candidates through networking, job boards, social media and other channelsPerform initial phone screens and take detailed notes to report to hiring managersCommunicating with hiring managers to coordinate interviews and gather feedbackTrack and monitor candidate progress through the recruitment process and provide feedbackNegotiate and close target candidatesReportingConducting ad-hoc recruiting analyses to support business decisionsReporting out on weekly/monthly/quarterly departmental performance metrics — how many outreaches, candidates, interviews you have conducted.RequirementsTechnical3+ years of experience with applicant tracking systems like Lever, Greenhouse, Jobvite, Ashby, or more.Professional level fluency in EnglishSoft SkillsThick skin - not afraid of facing rejection or of rejecting candidatesCommitment to learn, grow, and contribute to a fast-paced, result-driven team for the long term of at least 3 years.Low ego and thick skin. Able to take daily critical feedback constructively and iterate. Approaches failures as an opportunity to do better.Strong communication skills.
