So we’re looking to team up with people who are wildly passionate about making an impact and be part of a dynamic team, in a workplace with no corporate BS (yes, you read that right!).The RoleYou will be responsible for continuously delighting and exciting the LB community, through thoughtful assortment selection and high accuracy of buys with the delicate balance of hard data, consumer insights, and commercial instinct.Reporting directly to the Senior Buying & Merchandising Manager of International and working closely with the HK Market Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Love, Bonito through this exhilarating phase.You Should Have / Be: Excellent problem solver, able to identify the root cause and come up with creative solutions for the retail team Strong interpersonal skills, work closely with internal and external stakeholders Being open to change with flexibility, willing to challenge and initiate own ideas Desire to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment Main ResponsibilitiesRetail Operations Coordinate with internal parties for planning, marketing / Omni-channel campaigns etc. with the retail team Support the daily operations to deliver the assigned sales, stock, services, operations and people development target Analyse all opportunities and recommend ways to improve the customer journey, operations efficiency and reduce costs Liaise with shop and vendor for daily shop maintenance, including cleaning and repairing Follow internal audit guidelines and develop SOP Handle cash management and expenses reimbursement Work closely with headquarter, vendors, partners, and retail teams to ensure a smooth running of daily operation and achieve O2O sales target Visual Merchandising Manage in-store printing assets and prepare write-off lists timely for overdue assets Assist visual merchandising planning with the retail team regarding marketing campaign/business planning etc. New projects Follow up store operation issues and assist in new store opening and store renovation projects Work closely with HQ, Marketing, and Merchandising team on new store projects Conduct procurements for sourcing assets from local vendors Support any other ad hoc retail operations-related projects Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Fashion or Business related disciplines Proficient with Excel, basic analytical skills 1 year of experience in retail operations or event planning or project management Benefits1.
