What you’ll do We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to join our team who has demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional programs, who is comfortable operating in ambiguity in a fast-paced environment and solving hard problems with limited oversight. The Program Manager will be responsible for design & delivery of key programs to drive the efficiency and productivity of the Sales Development team (internal SDR and external Vendor) at Stripe. All programs are focused on eliminating inefficiency from Sales Development processes to drive incremental revenue for Stripe. Sample programs may include; automation or redesign of key parts of the Sales Development workflow, implementation of new tools, program managing changes to the Sales Development operating model. Responsibilities Design, own and manage a specific set of programs through to completion including rebuild of routing infrastructure from Contact Sales Form through to AE assignments, speed-to-lead tools and systems, and/or facilitating key cross-functional work to enable successful SSMB pipe generation efforts from Global Vendor Sales Develop subject matter expertise on the Sales Development workflows & exceptional cross-functional partnerships Establish success criteria and conduct assessments post launch to measure outcomes Oversee delivery of change management and communication plans for all programs to successfully implement these programs Exhibit sound business judgment, strong collaboration and analytical skills, and a proven track record of taking ownership to influence results Who you are We’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. Minimum requirements 10+ years of experience with 8+ years program management experience in a high growth/technology environment/consultancy Superb organizational and hard program management skills with capacity to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously Proven experience employing Lean/Process Solutions methodologies to sales workflows Strong business acumen and analytical skills Ease with both strategic and operational detail Proven stakeholder management, communications skills with colleagues at all levels Strong collaboration skills, a tendency to seek and value alternate views, and an ability to earn stakeholder confidence quickly and exert influence Preferred qualifications MBA or other advanced degree Program Management certification Lean Six Sigma certification Experience working on projects related to sales, sales processes, and sales systems Strong problem solving and analytical ability, with a track record of “test & learn” mindset Excellent analytical skills and the ability to craft actionable insights from complex data
