WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are looking for a Sales Lead to take responsibility for driving the success of our consulting business through sales initiatives. We're looking for individuals with a deep understanding of Industry 4.0 and a track record in successful solution selling. Whether you're an experienced sales professional or an emerging star, you need an unwavering attitude, confidence in your abilities and a genuine desire to take a step into a pivotal role in Advian's journey. As a Sales Lead, your role is hands-on, directly engaging with our industrial clients, providing you with insights into our sales process and how to refine it. You will work alongside your colleagues to perfect the process. An important part of the role is also one of a coach and internal collaborator. You will be coaching your close colleagues to achieve excellent results and keep in close contact with marketing as well as your colleagues delivering the projects you are selling. At Advian, we view sales as a team effort, not a solo endeavor. Long story short Permanent & full-time employment Location: Espoo, Tampere or remotely from anywhere else in Finland We would fit each other perfectly if: You have a good understanding of industry 4.0 / smart manufacturing solutions. You have experience in solution selling. You have experience in leading a Sales function. You believe that the seamless collaboration between sales and marketing is pivotal. You have experience in formulating contracts and contract negotiations. You have a coaching mindset and believe in leading by example. You are an excellent networker. Excellent communication skills in Finnish and English are mandatory. If you have experience in the energy industry and or productizing services, it is considered as a plus.
