RequirementsThis role is only open to internal applications at the current time.We have a new opportunity for an experienced Sales Operations Analyst to join our team at our North Sydney office on a permanent, full-time basis.In this role your focus will include the following, but will not be limited to: Managing and reporting key sales metrics including customer cycle plans, internal sales incentives, new customer engagement, segment reporting and analysis for improvement. Developing key performance insights and trends through sales analytics to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team. Working with key stakeholders and supporting sales to develop sale specific reports. Optimising and managing the CRM (Microsoft D365) to deliver on consistent pipeline management, forecasting and report execution. Providing insight and analysis that drives results against the value propositions across our customer segments. About youAlong with a minimum 5 years’ experience in a Sales Operations or Analysis role, you will have: Senior stakeholder engagement experience and the ability to influence to achieve improved commercial outcomes. Both ERP and CRM exposure with proficient Dynamics 365 and Power BI experience Experience in building and developing Power BI reports and dashboards as well as working with data warehouses.
