We enrich our data with stories, insight and intelligence, gained through long-standing and trusted relationships.We are looking for a Sales Support Associate as part of the Revenue Operations Department. This role maintains info accuracy, data quality, lead generation and provides support to the Sales department (this role entails no calls). In addition to the requirements outlined below the ideal candidate should be a self-starter, flexible, able to work independently and in a team, and exude a positive job attitude.Accountabilities and Responsibilities: To provide Sales and Operations Support relating to the sales team. Lead conversion and assignment to the sales team. Manage and maintain Customer Management System and Salesforce Research and Generation of Leads via various media sources (no cold calls). Perform clean up and conversion of data in system/salesforce. Ensuring all information relating to clients is up to date. Ensure subscription information is accurately reflected in the system. Ad-hoc duties assigned by the Manager. Work Schedule: Willing to work in Cebu IT Park. Please note that this is an office-based position.
