Come join us!As a Team Head in Hong Kong, this role is expected to lead a team of junior Account Managers to drive new business development and existing client cross-sell, with particular focus on ESG related products as well as traditional D&B products. The candidate is also expected to plan and execute a clear sales strategy within its targeted industry sector coverage, proactively manage and retain talent within their team, as well as enhance brand awareness to drive sustainable high business growth in the market and delivery customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:- Create and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for Account Managers (direct reports) in order to drive sustained sales and revenue growth across the local market, across a combination of new business and existing cross-sell.- Execute a strategy which focuses on growth in the SME sector in particular for ESG related data and solutions in addition to traditional D&B data and solutions.- Maximize client engagement and be a senior coverage to assist account managers drive revenue upsell/cross sell opportunities within both existing and new accounts.- Foster engagement and collaboration with internal stakeholders in Product & Solutions, Client Success, Marketing and other teams to drive new thinking and opportunities.- Work closely with the marketing function to evaluate market trends and dynamics, competitor activities and customer requirements to keep D&B as a market leader.- Build relationships with Global Account Managers, and other relevant senior decision makers across our strategic customers.- Coach, develop and challenge team members to exceed expectations, maintain high engagement and grow.- Build and develop a strong talented team based on the needs of the business focusing on succession planning and talent acquisition.- Set high standards for sales operational cadence including account planning, QBRs, SFDC etc.Requirements:- Proven experience of working as a market leader in general management, human resources management and financial control, preferably in senior management position.- Familiar with the ESG industry and understand the policy and direction of public and private sectors in the ESG space.- Unphased by being accountable for a multi-million USD business and driving high digit growth.- A prolific communicator with track record of engaging, coaching and developing team members to achieve the most successful outcomes.- A talent-obsessed, solution seller with the ability to inspire and take others on a journey.- Track record of implementing successful market strategies leading to strong revenue growth and market development.- Social media savvy with energy, enthusiasm and a sense of urgency.- Confidence and maturity to gain instant credibility to lead and influence.- Business related degree.All Dun & Bradstreet job postings can be found at https://www.dnb.com/about-us/careers-and-people/joblistings.html.
