We’re looking for a Senior Product Analyst to generate insights and support our product organization in strategic decision-making. This role will report to the VP of Product Operations and Analytics. Why is this role pivotal at Similarweb?: The Senior Product Analyst plays a crucial role in understanding the intricate needs of our customers. Using data-driven insights, you will steer the evolution and improvement of both new and existing products, ensuring a superior customer experience, enhancing user retention and adoption, and contributing substantially to the growth trajectory of our products. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the product organization, including product management, R&D, and design, to leverage data for impactful decision-making throughout the product development cycle. Utilize analytics to validate product hypotheses and gauge the success of product launches and features. Become the go-to expert regarding product usage, quality, and health. Deliver clear, persuasive insights and recommendations to stakeholders. Foster strategic relationships across diverse teams. Partner with Product Management to frame, back, and execute product objectives that elevate the user experience. Champion a data-driven decision-making culture within the Product team by defining clear objectives and benchmarks. Guide and mentor junior product analysts, establishing a hub of excellence for product analytics. This is the perfect job for someone who has the following: 5+ years of working experience as a product analyst (B2B SaaS experience is a significant advantage) Demonstrable experience collaborating with product managers and working within cross-functional teams. A bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline. Mastery of SQL. Proficiency in analytics and visualization tools (experience with Tableau and Mixpanel is a plus). Innate problem-solving skills combined with a strategic mindset. Exceptional team player attributes complemented by top-tier communication skills. Fluent in English. A proven history of designing and executing strategic initiatives that bolster business expansion. Experience in Python programming is an advantage.
