Grade Level: Contractual (6 Months) Location: Islamabad Last date to apply: 30 Sep 2023 What is a Specialist Customer Life Cycle? Customer Life Cycle Specialist will work on the journey of the customer on different use case in the JazzCash App/USSD. The role reports directly to the Expert Voice of Customer and is a solo role. There are no people reporting to this role. What does Specialist Customer Life Cycle do? Develop customer lifecycle stages and create strategic initiatives for each stage of the customer journey, which include onboarding, engagement and retention. Create and refine effective programs that leverage tenure and customer behaviour data. Maintain positive and productive relationships with product marketing, product management and tech. Strong communication skills without a fear of over communication. This role will require effective collaboration and cross-functional coordination across internal and external contributors. Extremely detail-oriented and organized, able to manage multiple projects to meet deadlines. A passion and strong understanding of developer customer personas and the landscape.
