We are currently looking for a Team Leader that can bring new ideas and processes into our already high performing ERP Support Operation.The roleIt’s a hands-on Team Leader role ensuring that our ERP support teams are providing both technical support and quality operational support to our rapidly expanding MYOB Enterprise Partners. And when one of our Partners contacts us, we want to ensure we are providing friendly, high-quality technical support to them. You will also work with other key stakeholder areas and teams as part of the normal progression of issues raised with usBut the key areas we want you to focus on are:•Reviewing our current ERP support operations and implement changes and processes to ensure we remain efficient and cutting edge•Liaise with other key stakeholders to ensure we maintain a streamlined progression of any issues raised, and ensure the progression paths and tools we use facilitate this•Work with other support Team Leaders and the Head of Support to ensure we maintain a consistent approach to support.Skills and experience you’ll need:•ERP and/or payroll domain knowledge desirable – preferably in the SaaS domain•Previous experience leading successful teams•Understanding of IT (networking, Windows, installation of software, operating systems, server environments, AWS or similar cloud service) •Knowledge of Application Support processes, terminology and measures and an understanding of key success factors. •Familiarity with report writing (Clarity Reports) and database queries with MS SQL, and MySQL interfaces •Understanding of the fundamentals of the SaaS environment •It would be great if you’ve had exposure to supporting, implementing and training a SaaS based productMost importantly, you must be empathetic to our customers’ needs - using initiative and your excellent communication skills to identify and satisfy their requirements.Our Culture & Benefits Our values have stood the test of time.
