You will be part of a talented team of engineers that demonstrate superb technical competency, delivering mission critical infrastructure and ensuring the highest levels of availability, performance and security. Experienced systems engineers will have a background in IT, computer systems engineering, or systems engineering and analysis.Requirements Microsoft 365. Microsoft Azure. Microsoft server operating system - 2012 or above. Microsoft Exchange 2013 or above (includes Exchange online/hybrid). Microsoft Active Directory (DNS, DHCP, Site & Services, Group Policy). VMware ESXi, vSphere 6.0 or above. Desired Backup Technologies, including Commvault, Veaam, Backup Exec. NAS experience. Network fundamentals. Anti-Virus Technologies, including Symantec, Trend and Sophos. Citrix and RDS services. Web & Email Proxy Services including zScaler, MimeCast. Responsibilities Provide 2nd level technical infrastructure support. Manage and resolve client incidents and requests to meet required SLA’s working from a queue and assigned tickets. Amend and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base for blueAPACHE customer environments. Provide an escalation point for the level one support teams. Comply with bA information security policies and procedures at all times. Adhere to Incident, Security, Problem and Change Management processes as per blueAPACHE customer standards (ITIL Framework).
