Their work should be aimed at both business and technical stakeholders. The Role This position will form part of the Entersekt product architecture function, which reports to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO). Your role will be to leverage your knowledge of identity, access management and authentication (applicable to payment and non-payment use cases) to design our internal industry model for digital channels. You will need to understand the products and tools used by financial institutions to design their customer identity and access management (CIAM) solutions (for example, mobile experience platforms) as well as the relevant industry standards and protocols. Your role will be to define and document how our solutions will integrate into these platforms in a reusable way. You will need to translate our vision, and the new experiences and solutions we want to enable for financial institutions. You will be part of designing a product architecture model that allows reuse and development teams working concurrently to create product components. The primary consumers of this model will be the engineering and product teams who will build out our product roadmap inside this product architecture, as well as our R&D team that will be exploring emerging trends and technologies. You will need to work with all these stakeholders to share your knowledge and gather their input and requirements. Furthermore, you should engage with the pre-sales and solutions delivery consultants to find new regional players and regulations to explore. Your role will cover the wider fraud prevention and identity and access management (IAM) industry, with an initial focus on authentication and access management. You should be passionate about exploring the various solution and industry movements. You will also engage with the industry to inform and help shape Entersekt’s positioning in this space. Responsibilities Industry & partners Keep up to date with industry standards, trends, and data models. Understand and review digital experience platforms, strengths, weaknesses, and integration patterns. Participate in relevant industry forums and help move Entersekt’s position forward. Provide industry updates and interpretations to the rest of the organization. Review industry material, distil key areas of exploration, and craft a plan of action to do so. Product architecture Design and document Entersekt’s data model, including APIs, product capabilities and use case flows, and ensure it integrates with the wider product architecture. Coordinate and publish Entersekt products’ external interface business definitions and interaction patterns with other industry components and systems. Review and integrate industry specifications into the model. Work with the product teams to understand and enable their product vision and future digital channel needs. Work with the engineering teams to ensure the model supports their implementations and facilitates reuse. Work with the R&D teams to understand new technologies and how they could be applied into the model for future use. Innovation Provide and co-create innovation and exploration ideas, help manage and prioritize them, and define approaches to validate/qualify these concepts. Engage with new third-party providers and partners to understand their offering and define potential combined use cases, or opportunities, to explore together. Skills and Experience Successful candidates for this role will generally possess the following qualifications and experience: 5+ years of experience in a software environment, preferably in an externally facing role in an analysis capacity. A solid understanding of and experience with CIAM and/or fraud industry solutions. Ideally, an engineering, computer science, or relevant technology degree with business analysis training. Experience with designing data models and APIs to solve business problems. Technical writing experience. Experience writing and presenting product or solution proposals and positioning.
