How you’ll make an impact: CI&T is expanding the team in Portugal and is looking for an experienced Talent Analyst who can come on board and help us manage our global recruitment and selection processes across both external and internal talent pools. What will you be doing? Collaborating with hiring managers and stakeholders on current and forecasted positions and keeping them informed throughout the processWorking on multiple technical roles at any one time, managing your time efficiently to ensure we hit our SLAs to the businessYou’ll be building candidate pipelines both internally and externally using a number of different techniques and tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter etc.Creating new openings on our applicant tracking system (ATS) and progressing candidates through the stages in real timeEnsuring our adverts are up to date with the position requirements and in keeping with local markets and company tone of voiceTake responsibility for the full recruitment lifecycle including conducting screening and telephone interviews and coordinating the interview processes, keeping the candidates updated at all timesWorking closely with the talent team and making suggestions on new ways of attracting talent and increasing our brand exposureBuild a strong candidate networkHelping to train our stakeholders on processes and hiring related systemsRepresenting CI&T in local job fairs and technical meets ups Will raise any “blockers” in the hiring process to the GU Talent LeadsCan report on any local and global market trendsWhat do you bring to the role?
