A day in the life of an Automation Engineer On a daily basis, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing central television and telecenter systems. Your tasks will include identifying and resolving issues, whether remotely or on-site at the customer's location. Your day-to-day Supervise and manage central television and telecenter systems Ensure the smooth operation and functionality of these systems Identify and troubleshoot system issues, addressing them either remotely or by visiting the customer's location Implement effective solutions to resolve technical problems promptly Provide training to clients, instructing them on the correct operation of the systems Offer guidance and support to help clients utilize the systems effectively Collaborate with installation and support teams to ensure the proper setup and functioning of systems Requirements Graduate of an Automation, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field from an IEK/TEI/University Proficient in both Greek and English languages Good knowledge of computer electronics and MS Office Basic knowledge of TCP/IP networks (routing, switching, firewalling, etc.) Knowledge of VoIP and IPTV telephony services Driver's license Great to have Good understanding of Linux operating systems We love your personality if you have good social skills are communicative BenefitsYou will join a team that not only includes financial rewards but also gives you: Company car
