We believe in giving our employees a lot of responsibility, and we encourage new thinking, innovation, and fun.And this is where you come in:We're on the lookout for a tech-savvy and pragmatic problem solver to assist us with some of our digital marketing projects.In general, the tasks will vary and revolve around the lead generation processes and digital user journey all the way up until reaching the SQL (Sales Qualified Lead) stage. One day, we may need you to help us clean up our Hubspot data, create reports on paid traffic inside of Google Analytics or create a new tracking tag in Google Tag Manager. Another day, we may ask you to update a copy on the website or automate some of our repetitive tasks with a Zapier or Make, so we can supercharge our productivity.At the moment, our MarTech stack currently involves a variety of tools. To name a few: Hubspot, WordPress, Figma, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Typeform, Zapier, Make and Airtable. We don't expect you to know how to work with all of them, but to have an interest in learning how to.As the business grows, we expect to change, enhance and future-proof our tools and processes. An example of this is a transition away from WordPress to a headless CMS (currently considering Umbraco, Sanity or Strapi), which we are planning for with our Product and Tech teams in the next few months. This also means that your tasks may likely continuously change as the time goes forward.You'll be part of Digital Excellence which is part of the Global Marketing team that supports our Field Marketing activities as well as maintains and builds global projects. Working closely with our Digital Excellence Specialist, you'll have frequent sparring sessions and will slowly get introduced to all areas of our responsibilities. We work closely with multiple other teams within the organisation such as Farmer Sales, Certificate Sales, Market Development and Product. As such, you will be part of a dynamic and high-paced work environment constantly subject to innovation.
