Ryanair are currently recruiting an Onboard Fraud Analyst to join Europe's Largest Airline Group.A great opportunity to enter an exciting role within a fast paced environment.Responsibilities include: Monitoring the onboard failed card payments daily Process daily onboard failed payment files Analyses of onboard failed payment data to identify emerging fraud trends Work with the onboard chargeback team in relation to Fraud detection and prevention procedures. Liaise with onboard card payment specialist on all payment issues Liaise with passengers regarding outstanding onboard payments and the retrieval of funds. Ad-hoc duties as required by the Fraud Manager. Requirements Prior experience of Fraud detection desirable not essential Experience of analyzing large sets of transaction data to identify fraud patterns and trends Preferable 3rd level degree in Finance, Business, Analytic Science, Accounting or mathematic. Fluent English, excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are essential. The candidate should be able to demonstrate a high degree of initiative, strong interpersonal and excellent communications skills.
