Cold Lead Qualification: Proactively research and identify potential leads, reaching out to them through cold calls, emails, and other outreach methods. Qualify leads based o n their requirements and budget. Outbound Sales Efforts: Initiate and maintain meaningful relationships with key clients and decision-makers that align with our offerings. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and client preferences to refine our sales approach and stay ahead in the market. Collaboration: Work closely with our marketing and operations teams to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to client onboarding. Requirements Proven track record of successful law firm business development with quantifiable results. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships at all levels. Exceptional negotiation and persuasion abilities, coupled with a high level of professionalism. Proficiency in utilizing CRM Lawmatics and sales tools to manage leads, track progress, and generate reports. Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities, solve problems, and adapt to changing market dynamics.
