Zinc conceptualises and creates programs, interventions, and strategic communications campaigns around some of the world’s most complex problems – from disinformation to extremism, media capture to authoritarianism. We are headquartered in London with offices in Washington, D.C., Tbilisi, and Warsaw with 80+ team members from diverse professional and cultural backgrounds. Zinc works with a broad range of governmental, NGO, and private sector clients, including the UK Home Office (HO); the UK Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO); the United States Agency for International Development (USAID); the U.S. Department of State (DOS); UN agencies and missions; and foundations.Zinc Network is looking for a Ukraine-based company or individual consultant to provide political consultancy, stakeholder engagement (government and civil society), as well as logistical and management services to facilitate up to 7 international delegations to visit Ukraine between October 2023 and February 2024. They should have high levels of knowledge of the political and social dynamics in Ukraine and possess extensive networks throughout politics and civil society.The delegation visits will bring together stakeholders, including journalists, political advisers, civil society actors, and business leaders, from different countries to improve their understanding of the current situation.RequirementsWe require the company or consultant to provide the following services: Advise on stakeholder mapping across political, business, civil society, and academic sectors in Ukraine. In consultation with Zinc’s staff, design an itinerary for the trip to include one-on-one meetings, roundtable discussions, and public events with relevant stakeholders across political, business, civil society, and academic sectors. Provide detailed written and verbal briefing for the delegates ahead of the meetings, including background on the stakeholders and relevant political issues. Facilitate the meetings with stakeholders. Book travel, accommodation and venues and organise any other logistical support that is required, including restaurants, AV equipment for events, etc. Source an on-the-ground who can facilitate delegation activities and travel and respond to logistical issues as they arise during the visits.
