Planday was acquired by Xero in 2021.As part of our growth journey, we are now looking for a new colleague to join our team as VP of Growth based in our Copenhagen headquarters.In this role, you will be responsible for generating and capturing demand to fuel Planday's Product-Led-Growth (PLG) strategy. The VP of Growth will be a performance and data-oriented marketing expert, ideally with a track-record of success scaling online subscription businesses.Reporting to the CCO, you will lead a team of strong marketers, and will be responsible for the construction, testing and execution of performance marketing strategies that will generate revenue at scale. In addition, you will work closely with the Brand and Communications team to help position Planday as the preferred brand and solution within Workforce Management across our core markets, segments, and verticals.Some of your responsibility areas include:- Ongoing execution and refinement of the overall performance marketing strategy- Optimizing the “Inbound Engine” from a mixture of demand-generating and conversion tactics- Supporting the Product-Led-Growth (PLG) motion through increased experimentation and conversion rate optimization- Supporting the overall monetization of our product through a refined Pricing & Packaging strategy to improve conversions and ARPA- Working on testing our value proposition and channel mix to deliver sustainable growth and ROIRequirements:For this role, we are looking for an experienced new colleague, who possesses strong organizational, as well as excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of strategic drivers.
