Its functionalities include video funnels, AI powered video chatbots, multimedia messaging, and video forms. About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team VideoAsk Ops Intern. In this role, you will play a crucial part in streamlining and optimizing our marketing and sales operations processes. By taking on various executive-level low-value tasks, you will enable our senior team members to focus on high-impact, value-driven activities. This position presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of VideoAsk by increasing efficiency and effectiveness across multiple functions. Things you will do: Marketing Tasks: Publish, amend, and edit pre-approved content on Contentful. Review and curate images for marketing purposes in alignment with legal guidelines. Create engaging content, including blogs and case studies. Moderation of comments and cleanup of bots on social media platforms. Manual updates to the budget tracker. Conduct Search Query Reports (SQR) checks, identifying negative keywords and new opportunities. Update and refresh advertising copy across all platforms. Assist in data collection for marketing analysis. Perform competitor benchmarking activities. Collaborate in building landing pages for paid advertising. Manage relationships with affiliate partners.Sales Operations: Collaborate with the TF sales operations team to assist with Salesforce and VideoAsk integrations. Maintain and make necessary changes to the inbound sales VideoAsk flow. Assist in recording and gathering videos to update the sales flow. Help establish handover processes and flows between the sales and Customer Success teams. What you already bring to the table: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in marketing operations and sales support. Proficiency in tools and platforms such as Contentful, Salesforce, and Google Drive. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Problem-solving mindset and a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
